Services

I offer professional decluttering and organising support for homes and small businesses, shaped around how the space needs to function and what will make day-to-day life easier over time.

Most projects involve a combination of the services below rather than one fixed type of support. The approach is always tailored to the space, the challenges involved, and what will be most helpful in practice.

Decluttering Support

Decluttering support helps you sort through what is in a space, reduce what is no longer needed, and make clearer decisions about what remains. When there is too much in a space, everyday tasks can become harder than they need to be, with more effort spent finding, using, and putting things away.

It is often much easier to make progress with support. When you are living or working in the space and making decisions about your own things, it can be hard to know where to begin, feel confident in the decisions you are making, or keep going once you start. Professional support brings structure, momentum, and an objective outside perspective.

This may be especially helpful if you:

  • know there is too much in the space, but do not know where to begin
  • keep putting certain areas off because they feel difficult to face
  • find it hard to make decisions when you are in the middle of it on your own
  • want practical support to help you stay on track and keep moving forward

Organising & Systems

Organising support focuses on making a space easier to use, easier to maintain, and better suited to how you actually live or work. It can be helpful whether you have already decluttered and feel stuck on what comes next, need support with both at the same time, or find yourself repeatedly clearing things out without things staying organised for long.

Often, that is less about effort and more about the systems in the space not properly supporting your routines. The aim is to create practical systems that make everyday tasks feel more straightforward, with things easier to find, easier to put away, and in places that make sense for how the space is used.

This may include:

  • giving everyday items a clearer and more practical home
  • making frequently used things easier to access and return
  • reducing the need to shift things around or move them between spaces
  • creating simpler systems that are easier to keep up with over time
Storage planning

Storage Planning and Space Use

Sometimes the issue is not just what is in a space, but how the space is set up to hold it. Where storage is not working well, I help plan how the space could function more effectively, whether that means making better use of what is already there, rethinking the layout, or identifying where different storage would be genuinely helpful.

This can be especially useful if a space feels awkward to use, difficult to keep organised, or as though it does not have the right kind of storage for what it needs to hold.

Support can include:

  • reviewing what storage is actually needed
  • making tailored recommendations for organising products or internal storage
  • planning fitted storage where appropriate
  • thinking through layout changes that would help the space function more smoothly

Where new storage or organising products are needed, I can help guide those choices through tailored recommendations. Any items would be purchased directly by you and are not included in my service fees. If fitted storage or installation work is needed, this would also be arranged separately by you. Once that is in place, I can return to organise the space fully and put the agreed systems in place.

Paperwork, Admin & Digital Organisation

Not all clutter is visible. Sometimes it shows up in overfilled drawers, loose paperwork, overflowing inboxes, or digital folders that have become difficult to navigate.

This kind of disorganisation can make everyday tasks feel harder to start and more stressful to follow through. It is often only when you need something quickly, or when an important deadline, form, bill, or piece of information comes up, that you realise how much the current system is getting in the way. The aim is to create practical systems that make paperwork and digital admin easier to find, easier to manage, and less draining to keep on top of.

Support can include:

  • sorting paperwork into a clearer and more workable system
  • setting up simple filing systems for household, personal, or work-related admin
  • reviewing digital folders, photos, or inboxes that feel difficult to manage
  • creating structures that are practical to maintain over time

Ongoing Support

Homes, routines, and responsibilities change over time, so support does not always end once the initial work is complete. Ongoing or follow-up support is available to revisit systems, refine what is no longer working, or continue with areas that have not yet been addressed.

This can be especially helpful if things have shifted since we last worked together, or if the project always needed to happen more gradually. It can also provide useful continuity during periods of change, when keeping spaces functional can feel harder than usual.

This may be especially helpful during:

  • moving or downsizing
  • family, work, or routine changes
  • periods of illness or recovery
  • gradual or phased organising projects

Spaces I Can Help With

It is completely fine not to know exactly what support is needed before getting in touch. Some clients need help with one small area, while others need support across a few spaces. We work that out together at the assessment, and if planning everything at once feels too much, we can simply agree the best place to start.

Support may focus on one area or several, depending on the project. This can include spaces or zones across the home, home office, or small business.
