What We Collect

We only collect information you choose to provide, including through our contact form, client intake form, or by email, such as:

  • Address (where relevant)
  • Details you share about your enquiry

Where relevant to the services, we may also create internal project records, including notes and photographs of rooms, layouts, storage areas, and belongings, for purposes such as assessment reference, proposal preparation, service planning, progress tracking, and internal administration.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking tools.

These images are used for internal service delivery purposes only unless you separately agree in writing to marketing, portfolio, testimonial, social media, or educational use.

How Long We Keep Information

  • Enquiry data (where no work proceeds): up to 12 months
  • Client records: up to 6 years for legal, tax, accounting, and business record-keeping purposes
  • Internal project records, including service-delivery notes and photographs where taken, are retained as part of the relevant client record unless a shorter retention period applies.

Hosting, Forms, Storage and Technical Data

Our website is delivered via Cloudflare for hosting and security. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP addresses and access logs in order to provide these services.

We also use Google services, including Google Forms, Google Drive, and related Google Workspace tools, to collect, store, organise, and manage enquiry and client information as part of running the business.

These providers process personal data on our behalf in order to support website hosting and security, form collection, file storage, and day-to-day business administration.

We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising.

Your Rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Request correction or deletion, where applicable
  • Object to processing in certain circumstances
